Hey kids, wanna make something for mom? Something that she will REALLY like? Something that she will really enjoy?! Then find your dad, get in the kitchen and make her this delicious smoothie!! Who needs a complicated breakfast in bed when you can greet her your with your Mother’s Day cards and this tasty frozen treat that is super healthy and sure to please!
- 1 cup frozen mango mix (mangoes, strawberries, and pineapples)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2-3 tablespoons fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
- In a blender, add frozen fruit, banana, apple juice and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with a straw.
