In an effort to make a quick and easy sweet potato that didn’t involve the same ole same ole, cook, open, add salt & butter, I decided to get a little creative, but still kept it simple. The sweet got a little sweeter with rich maple syrup, but took on a savory turn with fresh rosemary. I pan seared some turkey breast cutlets in Rosemary & Garlic Infused Olive Oil with salt & pepper and it was the perfect combo! I rate this dish 5 stars because it got 100% approval at my house and we all know how encouraging that can be with a picky toddler.
