Shall I describe this little ditty of a dish in two words? Well, okay then, here you go – delish and easy……let’s make it three words -delish, quick and easy AND perfect for your Christmas brunch spread. This time of year I keep crescent rolls in my fridge on the regular and however I choose to throw them together they are always well received, but they were especially well received this morning with my boys. Not sure what gave me the notion to fill them with creamy cheese and the ever-underestimated apple butter, but boy were they good. I am contemplating hosting a Christmas brunch in a few weeks and I know one thing for sure, these will be a part of my spread.

My very favorite Apple Butter is Grandpa Yoders, but I’m sure you can find apple butter at your local Farmers’ Market just like this.
