Janet’s Crockpot Chicken Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 cups celery
- 1 large skillet cornbread
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 teaspoon sage
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ - 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Saute onion and celery in ½ stick margarine. Melt remaining margarine. Crumble cornbread and mix all ingredients, add chicken last.
- Cook in crock-pot on high for 45 minutes.
- Stir and cook on low for 4 hours.
