Fresh Herb Vinaigrette + My Very First VLOG!!!!!!!!

I love fresh herbs in any dish and I especially love being able to go out to the garden and choose from many different kinds.  With the hot weather of Summer, I generally opt for a salad most any day.  I love being able to work from home a couple of days a week, but I don’t have as many options to run out and grab something and can’t really justify a $10 salad when I can make my own.  I had some fresh salmon that needed to be cooked along with some spring salad mix, but just wasn’t up for the dressings in the fridge, so I decided to go out to the garden and grab some herbs and make my own.  Check out my very first VLOG below on how quick and easy it is to make.  You can mix it up with any combo of herbs and it would also serves a GREAT marinade for fish or chicken!
